MSFT will fill that gap in about 10 years when CSCO breaks $82. Friday was a free money jam job plan and simple. Big money had to bounce the market because they have no choice. They need to keep the game going as long as possible to keep making money. I will be surprised if this market can hold Fridays gains through this weeks earnings. I'm sure the spin will be thick. Forward guidance will be hyped and hopeful. The same old story from IBM and MSFT.

As a side note. I was talking to a friend of my that works for a major cable company that provides Internet access. He informed me that they have been looking putting some of JNPR's products into there network. He explained to me that when ever CSCO hears that they are looking into JNPR's product line, CSCO immediately slashes prices and offers incentives to keep them loyal to CSCO. He tells me that from what he see's there is a real price war in the making here. It will be interesting to see how margins and revenue growth will be effected in the next year with this increased competition and a slow down in the economy. I think we have 1 or 2 quarters left until this market realy falls apart.

P.S. Don't let the TM's get to you. Posters like Ed can't help themselves. Losing paper profits due to a huge ego can be very up setting.
