The tax cuts and programs Bush has announced thus far more than wipe out any surplus we might have. you know that, I know that and it seems only gullible voters out there in don't know it. and who gets the tax cut benefits? mostly the people who don't need it. trickle down and rob the treasury in the name of smaller government and larger debt.
