what kind of responsible candidate proposes spending 400 billion on a program that has never even worked? that is fiscally irresponsible. he should demand it work first at least, but he doesn't. he just parrots what his GOP king-makers tell him to say. and it amkes no sense at all. for 400 billion we could literally buy North Korean, Cuba and Iraq, pay every citizen to salute our flag and feed them Big Macs for the rest of their lives. you could conquer every town in Cuba with a pickup truck full of Kentucky Fried Chicken. you don't get it. these people are starving. they have no money to deploy any sophisticated weapons systems. Saddam could but he's being watched by the eyes in the sky. one false move and ZAP!
