I don't know, off hand. But the ultimate answer to your question could also have to do with how many --and how narrow-- the spot beams are that they are capable of delivering. This would then tell you how many times the same frequency was reusable, thus providing you with a multiplier that you could factor against any individual coverage spot, or footprint. I'm assuming, of course, that GTH uses such a scheme. Although, they may have been allocated different frequencies for different geographic areas, but that wouldn't detract from their overall potential. Don't mind me. I'm just mindblasting now.
