It seems that the new economy is at a loss. Is there a summary any one can comment on?

If the new economy is indeed out of the net; and the old economy is trying to get into the new economy; where is the future?

I like to define the new economy as that of the venture capital investment. Then when the old economy is fitted into the paperless economy; we will be back to the same economy. Where will the venture capital economy be? The advancement of technology will eventually come to an end. And we will just have more parallel duplications.

Any thoughts about where the venture capital money will be in some of these new economy companies?
