To tell you the truth I've yet to do some serious DD on Gold and Silver related stocks. I bought PDG, CDE, SSRI, and DROOY purely because they were the first names I saw. No other reason. They do fit my investment criteria though.. they are beaten down stocks that nobody wants, yet have some real intrinsic value.

I can tell you that Gold is not the "useless" material that many people have been taught, neither is Silver.

Let's face it though, if crapola hits the fan, the clownbuc gets dumped, and the flavor of the week is Gold and Silver do you honestly think any real facts (such as the carry trade) will effect valuations?? I think not.

If a company has an office near a goldmine it will get bought :)

I do hope to actually know more though.
