Neat looking specs. Maybe we'll see the nextgen PALM before too long, we're about ripe for a new product, except for the fact that I would expect the nextgen PALM product to be a major new hardware base platform and OS, so first Q next year still sounds more likely.

The name "Palmax" (I read "Palm-Axe" at first!) and some of its products would seem to violate a number of Palm's copyrights and patents. If they're selling MSFT/EPOC based products, then "Palm" shouldn't be in their name at all. I forwarded a link to their web site on to Palm's IR and legal departments. I doubt that Taiwan is outside of the protection of Palm's IPR.
