Just in passing on ARBA and pseudo-TA: Whoever wrote the commentary that you're quoting is full of it. In my opinion the analysis is pure amateur work, the kind of stuff that gives TA a bad name: Some things never change, apparently, such as the quickness with which people bandy about old terms like "double top" without showing any informed understanding of what they're talking about. No doubt, if ARBA really does fall further or break down, the writer will congratulate him- or herself on his or her brilliant technical insight, and be set up to miss (or, even better, short) a breakaway move that happens to take shape just like ARBA's "second top." I wouldn't take the comments on fund managers and so on very seriously either, but, if you choose to believe that kind of thing, or think you've seen evidence of it, it's your call and your money.
