The sale of Ya.com Internet Factory(YIF) to T-Online, we believe, is excellent news for Jazztel since it alleviates funding concerns surrounding the company. .We continue to believe that Jazztel is well placed to become a leading telecoms provider to Iberian SME's. .We re-iterate our Buy recommendation and EUR 50 price objective .We have increased our 2000 revenue forecast for the underlying CLEC business from EUR 114m to EUR 125m. .We expect Jazztel to reach EBITDA breakeven in the second half of 2002 compared to our previous expectations of 2003 .We expect the disposal of YIF to generate cash savings of approximately EUR 160m over the next three years. We believe the current business plan is now fully funded. price objectives by merril and also credit suisse would put US jazz adr shares around 43 if achieved. these targets were recently issued also,, at the end of aug and september. Pretty handsome return if they pull it off as jazz hit 52 wk low this past week coming down from high of 120's. Wireless loop activites for jazz should prove desirous also. they already have been granted some in Iberia,,, stay tuned to see what happens with the Portugal bidding!
