Actually Democrats have not yet explored Bush's coke or drinking problems at all. I haven't seen one story or mention about it. The press might but they haven't done much on the subject yet.

As for you thinking it's okay if the next president did coke ten years ago or was an alcoholic, I disagree. Substance abuse comes from a deep-down self-esteem problem which could effect one's leadership abilities and judgement.
I wouldn't want any president who had suffered through such dependencies and I'm surprised you would.
