Kent, Joe, and all, re today's news: The shareholder rights plan looks good. We saw one of these defensive moves on UTEK's part not long ago. FSI echoes what Art Z. had to say on the subject: "The plan was not adopted in response to any current takeover approaches or similar development." I firmly believe them, but I think the environment has changed as we enter the next upturn. And a fiercely competitive one it will be! Bill PS: Evidently, SVGI tried to enact some defensive measures recently but proxy holders voted them down! Am trying to confirm this. Anyone have info?
