IPAQ is a nice machine, and I am tempted to buy one, but how long before novelty wears off?

Another thing, Jesse Berst articles, he just like to stir the pot. I don't read his articles that often anymore.

The thing about Pocket PC's is the battery life. 12 hours is nothing.

The IPAQ expandability is similar to the Palm, you add on a device that makes the unit thicker and heavier. Unlike the Visor, you plug in a tiny module.

In response to your post about color screens,
>Or for that matter, why has Palm been behind in the time frame in introducing an equally comparable color screen on any product?<

The new Visor Prizm uses 65,000 colors and the Palm uses 256. I don't know what the problem is.
