As long as it takes 2 years to build a fab, and 15 months to order a piece of equipment, qualify it, and get it up and running, - YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SEMI CYCLE. This is why the oil cycle is going to be a lot shorter than in the past. Adding supply can be done so much quicker these days.

History will repeat itself unless you change the variables. The sun will always rise from the east unless you change the rotation of the earth.
