Now I'm getting pissed. No sign of any reports. The Chairman/CEO, Mr. Carl Smith is supposed to be in the CLYC headquarters office in Sarasota on Tuesday, May 27. May I suggest that all readers of this thread give him a call and let's start putting some pressure on him for information. The number is 914-923-1949. If our collective efforts don't jar something loose, then I'll contact the SEC and turn them loose on these people. The company SURELY has filed a 1996 federal tax return by now. We are entitled to see it. And if for some reason they haven't, then I want to know what in the hell not. Also, as far as I know, all states require corporations to hold annual shareholders' meetings. Any of you know when the last one was (or when the next one is scheduled)?
