At first glance, the patent looks similar to what CKFR does, but CKFR has some inventive characteristics that don't appear obvious under 35 USC 103.

For example,
-- the CKFR "page" is interactive
-- you can use the CKFR "page" to also pay the bill.
-- there are several ways to pay the bill
-- you can select a biller and get a more in depth summary of the bill
etc.
