You still know very little about good medicare care.The morbidity and mortality for ruptured aortic aneurysms is extremely high......chemotherapy is not given unless there's undisputed pathology of cancer and even then there are other protocols that include surgery/radiation/cryoablation.....your anecdotal experiences are just that,anecdotal.I'm amazed that anyone has something good to say about medical care in nursing homes........
