The prospects for this week at least look better than they did last week. I just hope Friday wasn't a one day wonder. Our screened stock ratio improved significantly, showing that volume moved into the rising stocks more than volume exited the declining stocks. We are going to remain cautious another day or two, it would be nice to see the indices test the lows this week yet have the general market continue to improve.
Longs to watch: CCRT, ACTM, BEH, IMNX, NFS, EFX, AVCT, and AAS.
We had a lot of energy stocks on our short screen, the interesting thing is that there has been a lot of insider selling in the oils. I'd be careful about shorting anything Monday though.
Shorts: ASH, PHA, LEN, OXHP, WMB and DGX.
