Thanks so much for your response. Your long term outlook on the markets based upon liquidity is clear ... has been clear for many years, and will most likely continue to be clear until 2009-10 when the Baby Boomer money shift is really under way out of the market, but more importantly, into secure principal positions.
Your thoughts on Isreal-Palestine ... wish I could be so positive with you that this too will soon pass ... I am a little on the pessimist side in life when it relates to reality in my expectations of those I do not know personally ... When I see so much time spent on peace talks, when I see so much 'improperly located passion' in leaders who were to begin the healing and the peace before these early "tensions" broke out (and these secondary leaders show Young-Teenager-Like Behaviors to the world, how embarrassing for both sides), and when I see the blame game being played, SO VERY POORLY I might add,-- I cannot see anything but escalation on the horizon. Very sad ...
The short time between 1) The "political", but real, time here in the US in Peace Discussions at Camp David (forget Clinton ... he hurts the process more than helps ... the parties themselves were together many days in a quiet setting), and 2) The "tension" (Fights) breaking out,-- to me is indicative of the first phase of the snowball coming back down the mountain ... pushed all the way to the top only to now topple down because the momentum died before you could get it over the top! The momentum has now shifted in a very dangerous direction. 'Nuff said ... I hope I am very wrong indeed. I am 1/2 Jewish by blood ... but side with no one as I have no knowledge of wrong doing and seek none.
