Bonehead Update 10/16/00: My opinion only...the following stocks gave conservative position buy signals on Friday 10/13/00. Any weakness this am could be a good entry point. "Bonehead Buys" for 10/16/00:

AAPL, ADAP, AETH, ADIC, ADPT, AFCI, AKAM, ANAD, BKHM, BOUT, COVD, CS, DITC, CIEN, CSCO, EXDS, FBCE, FDRY, FFIV, FMKT, GBLX, GILTF, GLW, HLIT, IBM, ICGE, INAP, INSP, INPH, JDSU, KOPN, LBRT, LRCX, MRVC, NEON, NT, NTRO, NVLS, NXTL, PUMA, PALM, PPRO, PSFT, RAZF, RSAS, RTHM, SAPE, SCMR,SCNT, SCON, SPWX, WFII, XCAR, XLNK.

Additionally, unconfirmed speculative buy signals are currently being generated for:
AOL, BOUT, CMGI, DCLK, IATV, IMAN, IFCI, KEYN, NETP, OMKT, ORCH, PBSC, QCOM, SVNX, VERT, VNTR, WCOM.

The "Holy Trinity" (hey, I'm Catholic and can make a mildly sacrilegious joke here!) of LPTH, FNSR, and JNIC can be accumulated on any weakness.

Too busy to list SP's (support points) or RBOP's (resistance/breakout points) today as Christin and I will be swamped with final wedding preparations today and throughout this week. Will gladly answer any and all mail but I'll be slow!

Again, these are POSITION buys (NOT daytrades) that I believe are good for gains of 25-50% by year end. I may already have positions in some or all of the above.

Have a great day, everyone!!

Regards, Mark Konrad
