As usual you are spinning and twisting the truth.

1) A specification can NEVER infringe a patent, only a product can do that, in which case the owner of the patent must pursue the MANUFACTURER not the author of the spec.

2) By definition the material in an issued patent is published and CANNOT therefore be confidential.

I am sure that this smokescreen action by Infineon will be thrown out pretty promptly.
