Tax cuts will put the government further into debt and reverse the process we've begun of fiscal responsibility.
The people must pay off their debt before they take out cash advances on the big credit card. Tax cuts (half to those who don't need it) will raise interest rates and inflation. As the economy slows the surplus may shrink and we could get stagflation. Common sense. Pay off the debt then we can all get refunds. But not until then.
