I had a really blessed weekend. Hope you did too.
Have lots of work ahead of me today but I have not forgotten your post to me. I will ans. it in a private message. I see no reason to give the non-Christians an excuse to further dump their brand of condemnation on the people of God.
All Christian churches are to be appreciated and loved for the things they do for Christ.! What we have in common is much greater than what we do not. And those beliefs in common are the foundations of the Christian faith!!
And all praise,honor and glory be unto God!!
I was thinking why would mars send me such a scathing post?
Totally unprovoked and unwarranted. Then I realized why.
Scripture is a mighy powerful force. Hated by the masses!!
Also:
In my peaceful conversations with mars after he thought he had me, he sent me a pm asking me about some sign he thought he received while he was reading my post about Jesus being the only way, (and, now I also know that is why he sent it to me in private)... wanted me to believe he was serious...pm made it seem more personal and real!!!.....He wanted me to believe that while he was reading that scripture....that God thundered across the skies and reached his heart.....and that I should get over emotional and stand up and cheer yelling..... yes mars yes!!!!..that was a sign from God to you to believe!!!!..he wanted me to think that it was because of the words I posted!! Wanting me to take the credit!! I somehow knew he was playing a game with my love for Christ!! I did not respond the way he wanted me to, and that angered him.
It is so obvious now that it was just a deceiving ploy on his part,..to then say to me....sorry Shalom don't get so excited.... there really was no thunder!! Or.. Thunder happens shalom.!! And the sad joke would have been on me.!!
So when I did not fall for his sad joke he was taken aback and decided to lash out at me in his next post in public.
You see haqi I went back and read some of his posts from a long time ago and it truly disgusted me to read what he was trying to do. So gently, with such kindness, and in agreement with kind, loving, unsuspecting Christians(of which by the way, you were one) just trying to be his friend!!.
It was all a set up! It was all a cleverly designed set up!
In the end I harbor no bad feelings toward him. And as a Christian I would forgive him in a second if he sincerely asked. I also understand in a very Christian way, why he would do such a thing. He has enlightened me!!
In any case haqi I have to go for now but I will get back to you on that question.

Purity of Mind and Unity of Purpose
A MAN is raised up from the earth by two wings -- simplicity and purity. There must

not show forth the goodness of God. If inwardly you were good and pure, you would
see all things clearly and understand them rightly, for a pure heart penetrates to
heaven and hell, and as a man is within, so he judges what is without. If there be joy in
the world, the pure of heart certainly possess it; and if there be anguish and affliction
anywhere, an evil conscience knows it too well.
As iron cast into fire loses its rust and becomes glowing white, so he who turns
completely to God is stripped of his sluggishness and changed into a new man. When
a man begins to grow lax, he fears a little toil and welcomes external comfort, but
when he begins perfectly to conquer himself and to walk bravely in the ways of God,
then he thinks those things less difficult which he thought so hard before.
