14 months sounds about right to me. I think they could use another $10-20 million in the bank to be safe. They could squeak by with what they have, but the stock is getting punished for poor fiscal planning. My suspicion is that the CFO is gone partly as a result of this problem. If they perform as expected they'll have another opportunity to raise cash somewhere in the next year, though not as cheaply as if they had done a secondary with the stock at 60. I guess the guys in charge thought it would always be up there....
