A buy signal at this juncture would be totally inconsistent with his latest views expressed on the program. I agree. All that talk about people capitulating and selling their shares at any price and vowing never to get back into the market again, and a buy signal of any kind would be not just inconsistent but also out of character. Brinker doesn't like to flip-flop. I don't think he will announce a buy signal. If I were to guess, I think he would probably suggest lightening up even further. Or it could be something else that none of us had thought about! Who knows?
