with ABGX at 81, and CEGE at 26 3/8, CEGE as an enterprise is selling for $3 per share.
As I read the 10-K, sale of the ABGX shares would be tax free to CEGE at present prices.
I am not counting the cash on the balance sheet - I assume it will burn its way through it in the normal course of events.
