It would be nice to get this thread going. Pure play MEMS companies that are publicly traded are hard to find. There's a number of them in the biochip space (AFFX, NGEN, Orchid, etc.)

There's the Standard MEMS Inc. division of SMSC. BEIQ is doing some MEMS work too. Alberta Microelectronics Centre is a pure play, but they have not yet IPO'd.

Any other suggestions out there for investment plays?
