T:ONC is acting up again. It closed strong (for it !!) on Friday and is trading well again now. Perhaps news is forthcoming on the Phase I trials and/or the followup Phase II.

A 4-day intraday "cup & handle" projects to about ~$16.50. However, I would venture a guess that a breakout through the old high will prove to be much more interesting !! I guess time will tell.
