Update on the Janus holdings

I asked Investor relations for an update on the Janus holdings, and Jim Clark's intentions, and this is the reponse that came back:

Janus Funds originally bought 15 million shares of stock from us in a Private Placement in January in which they had a lockout period through July. We had promised that once their lockout period had expiered we would “register” the shares in their name so that they would be available for sale if they ever chose to sell them. Two weeks ago we simply honored our commitment to register those shares with the SEC but many people misunderstood that they had sold their 15 million shares. Those shares are still in registration process at the SEC and have not been cleared to sell. We have no indication if Janus will sell this stock when available for sale.
On the other hand, Janus had purchased another 9-1/2 million shares in the open market which it appears they sold within the last few days.
Regarding Mr. Clark we are not aware at this time what his intentions are regarding his statement earlier this year that he would purchase $200 million worth of stock.
