As Don pointed out, this one could have two heads, which is not uncommon. Some even have two heads and two shoulders. However, it's not considered broken until the neckline - the black line - is broken. Until then, it could just as easily go down as up. If broken, should be worth a minimum upside move of 300 points, the size of the pattern from head to neckline.
