Tito, You are doing exactly what I am doing in withdrawing $ from your IRA before 59 1/2 or 5 years, whichever period is longest. It so happens that such a date (5 yrs) in my case will be in September '99. This is without penality.

Afterall, the current maximum you can have in your estate is $600,000 per person. Unless the Estate tax is increased to $1,200,000 in the new tax laws why not draw it out to keep it relative close to the $600,000 per each person, $1,200,000 per couple.

Investing is far more rewarding than working in the pressure cookers which are inherit in many of the occupations that many individuals are in.

By the way the NYSE Bullish percentage has moved up to 62.1 % and the Over the Counter % moved up to 52.9%. Statistically, We still have room to move upward until we get to the Red area 70 Percentile %. However, in the NYSE High-Low Index hit this week 90%. The % of Stock above their 10 week moving average in above 70% and the Optionable Bullish Percent is at 62%. What this means is that in the immedicate future we are overbought in the market with as short term downturn possible. However, we know nothing is absolute in the market. The only thing I have learned in the market is the tendency to seek the mean statistically.
