Great recipe, perfect way to use up my chicken rotisserie leftovers.

Ever tried gooey butter cake?
Made it once for my office, vanished rapidly.

         Gooey Butter Cake

   Crust:    1 box yellow cake mix
             1/2 cup butter
             1 egg
    
   Filling:  8 oz cream cheese
             2 eggs
             2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
              (- 2 Tbs.*** for dusting)

   Bake till brown @ 350 °F for ~30 minutes.
   Dust top with 2 Tbs.*** sugar.
