ahhaha, How does @Home get access to alien distribution nets like those of RBOCs? OA might not be able to do it. Copper may get bootstrapped up given their grandfathered position. The way around the endless complexities of this type consideration is ISP of ISP. Don't cop a favored position. I agree. Let the ISPs come to ATHM with their requirements. Don't try to determine what the winner will be. Is that what you are talking about? KB
