Back to the Sierra's over the weekend.....Thought I'd give Yosemite a try ..... Sad indeed although the crowds are gone their legacy lingers on. Small streams have all the ground around them trampled hard......With the expected consequences.........no fish left. Fortunately, outside the park, my two favorite little streams were a frenzy of feeding native trout both Brownies and Rainbows 9 to 12 inches,taking everything I threw at'em. Unfortunately driving 800 miles in two days I had little time left.... I'll budget my time better next weekend....Night's are getting cold.Down comforter and bag were barely enough......Cold seems to communicate to both trout and myself that there are not too many weekends left.
