Zeev or anyone else: any thoughts on whether CYMI might be take-over bait for one of the larger players in this space. AMAT typically makes acquisitions during equipment downturns (not that we are in a downturn but its hard to tell from CYMI's stock price) to strengthen the breadth of their line. In this case they would be making a move into a key piece of the lithographic segment and essentially buying earnings. At $30 or $40/shr for CYMI, they (fill in the blank) would pick up a couple bucks a share in earnings which would look good to analysts during the next cycle. By then everyone would have forgotten all those scary thoughts about erosion of market share and encroachment by competitors that seem to weigh heavily on this stock today. The multiplier effect of CYMI's earning for AMAT (or other company of your choice) would give shareholders much greater value. Not that I don't appreciate all that Atkins, Angus and Didier have done for us thus far (strong note of sarcasm here) but there seems to be a strong disconnect as far as stock price is concerned.
