an XOXO-WCII combine would make ARTT next broadest/largest
fixed wireless licensee for when a WCOM or other non millimeter stocked large telco realizes it needs fat short
range licensed freqs to better serve existing customers. Not
sure combine you mentioned likely but direct LOS to SME biz segment remains important to providing high margin high speed access. One more strategic equity alliance that addresses remainder of 2001 buildout finance remains the picture ARTT, and some others, can best complete in these times.
