Today's OSEK announcement reminded me that the magazine, "The Futurist", had two articles on automobiles in September/October 2000: 1) Fighting Traffic with Technology and 2) Driving in 2020. Both give an idea what is on the drawing boards for the auto industry. A quote: "Environmentally friendly smart cars of the future will be part chauffeur, part personal assistant and part Web browser." It lists a Web site: its-network.com and its.dot.gov (Intelligent Transport Systems). Lots for WIND to work on here.
