In regard to business PC use, most people don't have both. They have a PC if they work mainly in the office, or, they have a laptop with a docking station if they spend part of their time in the office and part of their time on the road. One software license per employee is common, correct me if I'm wrong.

These same employees frequently have a PC at home for personal use. I choose to have a laptop at home, but many choose a desk model. There is no difference from a software sales perspective that I'm aware of, again, correct me if I'm wrong.
