Is there any way to know if insiders at AXC (Bramson et.al.) are purchasing shares in the market at the current "low" valuations? I subscribe to InsiderTrader and according to them the last purchase was 11/24/99 for 75K shares @ $2.84 by Bramson. Comments much appreciated. Thanks in advance. 12/10/9
