OTG Software and ReadSoft Launch Integration Initiative With ReadSoft's Automated Forms Processing Software:

(Nasdaq: OTGS chart, msgs) and ReadSoft, a leading global company for automatic data capture, today announced at OTG's Partner Conference 2000 that they are launching an initiative for their joint resellers to offer an integrated ReadSoft/OTG solution. The companies recently completed a seamless integration of OTG's ApplicationXtender software with ReadSoft's Eyes & Hands (E&H) automated forms processing systems.
ReadSoft's E&H INVOICES is the first product able to read, interpret and process invoices without pre-programming or user intervention. In addition, it is able to identify new invoices and interpret them without pre- configuration. E&H FORMS reads all types of forms from paper, fax or the Internet, automatically verifying and transferring it to the target system. OTG's ApplicationXtender captures, displays, indexes, stores and retrieves electronic documents and file types. By integrating these products, E&H's data capture will automatically populate ApplicationXtender, providing an automated, end-to-end solution for large size production applications. This will benefit customers by providing one-stop shopping, assured integration and faster ROI for installed systems.
