I'm constantly amazed how the WSJ never gets it. Do they just not hire people under 50? --- What is a "tech" stock? Never (ever) have I used that term to describe any of my positions. 'Tech stocks', is a term I think for people to describe the stocks they do not understand. SUNW is a computer stock, but I've never thought of the sector as something that traveled together, as in 'oh, computers are down today', yet alone 'boy tech stocks aren't doing much this year'. It's silly to me. One can catagorize 'Electric Utilities' that way. You can't apply the same type of labeling to 'tech stocks'. It's a broader term than industrial* stocks. --- Clue: Whenever you see a magazine cover that says something like "10 tech stocks to buy for Halloween" or whatever, don't pick up that magazine. -JCJ
