did anyone see a nytimes article stating Bush was incorrect on 4.7 billion on health care it was only 1 billin that the state spent the other money came from charities.? I got this email but cannot down load nytimes article. "Times article was about how Bush exaggerated state spending on health care for uninsured people in Texas, taking credit for large amounts of charity care provided by private drs. and hosps. Bush said the state spent 4.7 billion whereas it spent 1 billion with the rest coming from private charities." also lost reference url ... This was sent to me yesterday. thanks John
