Bill, once it is shown that the property has some prospects but not $25M worth, is it normal for the option price to be bargained down (to say $5M) or is it more normal for the exploration company to simply walk away? I haven't seen any exploration company try to bargain down the price, they simply walk away. What with Cofradia and Fantasma and now Luicho, PFG's record doesn't seem too good. Any idea what the ratio of hits to misses is in general for exploration companies like PFG? Ten misses to one hit? Higher/lower?
