Hi Bosco:

I think the Flash companies are under pressure due to the Taiwan FAB’s freeing up production and producing more flash chips. While this benefits SNDK & SSTI from the licensing standpoint it will also increase supply alleviating the shortage / demand and hurt pricing margins.

I thought this was addressed in the SSTI conference call in a positive way but the TA seems to be saying something else.

The semi’s haven’t turned yet but they sure are in oversold territory.
