Yes, that was me that mentioned my small interest in FFIV at
the end of March and DMA added it to the April 1st portfolio

Since that time the stock has declined 56% as the NAZ declined
and as earnings for year Sep. 2000 have been cut from $.80 to
$.65 expected when announced this coming Oct. 26. However, the
estimate for 2001 has been increased from $.90 to $.95. In
addition, Cisco bought Arrowpoint and Nortel Networks Corp.
has finalized its purchase of Alteon WebSystems Inc. This
has spurred talk of potential suitors for FFIV:

All in all, I still like FFIV at the current price. However,
it is quite apparent that it won't return to former prices
until the NAZ re-enters a bull market or FFIV gets bought out.

I now recall that you brought FFIV to my attention.
Interestingly enough, both have rather similar chart
patterns. Any current thoughts on F5?
