BP, This is not an easy riddle to solve. It will take a lot of coaxing and cajoling to cool down a petulant baby. Spanking will alienate the kid further. Everyone knows that peace is in the interest of all parties. It is just that people are looking for justice (atleast as they see it from their own point of view). Talking, patience, negotiations and more negotiations is what is required. If you force peace on one party, expect going back to square one in short time.
