With the announcement today, SEMI shows revenue for 9 months of about $386 million. Added to the 4Q of last year, SEMI appears to have revenue of around $476 million for the trailing 12 months.

You said you hope they can reach the billion dollar level next year. Do you think they can accomplish that? What do you think are the key factors that could help them reach that level?
