So you take that as having nothing to do with the technology working as promised?

"Our customers count on us for that level of service, and it's nice to know we have a CPE provider like Efficient backing our promises."

I don't see anything that says a thing for or against the technology...OTHER than it must work fine since the customers of PSN.Net can count on it. I really don't understand how you can get that meaning from those comments.
