tbf, will we trade again? what is happening here? all i see are repeated lawsuits for swtx news. the management team there appears to be inept beyond belief.

they appear not to understand how to manufacture their products. they can sell them. they can design them. they can't manufacture them - at least not efficiently.

maybe they should realize this and pay a proven manufacturing profession some big bucks - as much as sales guys get for shootin' the breeze at dinners. not for some clown that talks a good game (upper management tends to LOVE these kinds of people). nope, some guy that has already done this and can explain, in detail, the techniques he/she's used to develop their competitive advantage. i believe that manufacturing at swtx isn't properly respected - in word or in deed. mfg leadership appears exceptionally weak. i'll bet management avoids the production floor. "dirty work."

good mfg professionals are out there. they value work, relate to workers, develop a spirit of trust, develop fair accountabiliuty and get their hands dirty from time to time. they might not fit the traditional mold. however, the traditional mold has resulted in suck business performance.

a definition of insanity is to do the same things and expect different results. i'm not sure this management team is savvy enough to realize this and change their approach.
