Mtnview servers have been moved to snyvale and should no longer show up in the ini file.

Paul, I just deleted my ContinuumClient.ini file for QCharts and it gets recreated as below. (I checked the date/time stamp on the file after it was recreated to make sure I was looking at the right one.) I am currently on mtnview-r06 and seem to be running OK. Why do I have mtnview servers here?
