albert, Re: reputation is valuable but once damaged it is not easy to repair Exactly and that is why many long term holders on this board was extremely frustrated for those screw ups, near term they may be non issue(financially) but long term they are hurting the "Intel Inside" factor which IMO is the sole reason why Intel can enjoy a 30% price premium for its product above AMD. gary
